We learned and documented many lessons and challenges involved in the PCBA process to formulate a built- in quality system to resolve many issues facing the current PCBA Industry.

Procurement

CEM Prototype will procure all material specified on the customer’s Bill-Of-Materials and from an approved vendor list if supplied. Any long lead and alternative parts will be provided to the customer for approval prior to purchasing. CEM continues to maintain strong relationships with key component distributors; you are assured of maximum value for your purchasing dollar. 

Assembly

From prototype to low volume, consigned, partial or full turn-key assembly. With our own in house IPC/JSTD certified training instructor all assembly staff is very knowledgeable, trained and certified to Class 1, 2 and 3 workmanship and quality standards.

Conformal Coating Services
